Cancellation Policy
To ensure quality service and the best use of our schedule, we follow the following cancellation policy:
1. Cancellation or Rescheduling
• We ask that any cancellation or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service value.
2. No Show (No Show without Notice)
• If the client does not show up and does not notify in advance, a fee of 100% of the service value will be charged for future appointments.
3. Delays
• We tolerate a maximum delay of 10 minutes. After this period, your appointment may be reduced or rescheduled depending on availability, and a cancellation fee may apply.
4. Deposit for New Appointments
• Clients who repeatedly cancel without prior notice may be asked to pay an advance deposit to secure their next appointment.
